Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a TurboTax location, working on-site with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advisory, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a minimum of 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, incl. personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax business.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver year-round support.
