Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with broader Intuit services.

You’ll help grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class tax experience. Ideal candidates have active PTIN, 3+ years of filing experience, and strong knowledge of tax laws.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of tax laws and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in every client engagement.
