Intuit Careers is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Successful candidates will have active PTIN, 3+ years of seasonal tax prep, and strong tax knowledge. Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Pr. Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and in-person/virtual service.
• Collaborate with marketing tools to support local growth.
