Job summary

RTX is seeking an IT Systems Administrator onsite in Tewksbury, MA to manage heterogeneous Red Hat Linux and Windows environments. You will implement security controls, perform systems configuration, and collaborate with Cybersecurity to meet DoD requirements.

The role covers troubleshooting, backups, server replication, and travel up to 10% to support US domestic locations. A DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required within 6 months; DoD 8570/Security+ CE or equivalent certification

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in relevant IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration for Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Windows.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, LDAP, AD; manage server replication.
• Troubleshoot hardware and OS integration; work in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Cybersecurity to maintain security requirements and document IT processes.
• Travel up to 10% to support US domestic locations.
• This is a full-time onsite role requiring onsite work.
