Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to manage Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments onsite at our US facilities. You will collaborate across Digital Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage, and Tools teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Required is a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain Interim DoD Secret clearance. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or equivalent plus 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Ability to obtain Interim DoD Secret security clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.
• Act as a senior technical resource to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage, and Tools teams to resolve complex infrastructure and compliance challenges.
