Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Experience with tax credit/LIHTC is required.
• The ability to work on Saturdays (5 day work week total) is required.
• Drivers License and ability to drive to various properties.
• Show Legal documentation showing ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees each property manager to ensure each aspect of property management is carried out effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
• Works closely with the Director of Property Management to ensure optimal training and success for property managers.
• Directly oversees contractor relationships for CAPEX and property renovations within budgets.
• Oversees capital projects and tracks CAPEX spend for each property in the region.
• Identifies and selects contractors for CAPEX related projects.
• Coordinates with the Maintenance Manager to resolve work orders and facility issues promptly.
• Ensures units are 100% ready for move-in and monitors rent roll to drive occupancy and reduce collections.
• Analyzes reporting to increase efficiencies and proactively solve problems; manages property marketing.
