Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to meet with prospective buyers, explain the benefits of our newly constructed homes, and close sales. You will present models, discuss floor plans, options, and financing with our preferred lender.

The ideal candidate has a real estate license, strong communication skills, and experience driving social media sales traffic in a field-based position across housing communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Experience with social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with literature and information and guide them through offerings.
• Demonstrate model homes and discuss floor plans, construction, and options.
• Respond to requests for information and overcome objections to close sales.
• Document sales and follow up on loan applications with the preferred lender.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until closing.
