• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people and develop professional relationships.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers to explain KB Home benefits and features.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales; refer financing questions to lender.
• Document sales transactions and follow up on loan applications.
• Generate 50% of new prospects through networking and referrals.
• Host grand openings and community events.
