Job summary

KB Home in Campbell, CA is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor who can welcome visitors, present KB Home’s newly constructed homes, explain floor plans and features, and guide buyers through the closing process. You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, coordinate with lenders, and host community events while meeting sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), a valid local real estate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience is required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Social media experience to drive sales traffic is highly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, provide literature, and discuss home sites and floor plans.
• Demonstrate models and discuss construction details and options.
• Respond to customer requests and overcome objections to close sales.
• Coordinate with lenders and monitor loan applications and closings.
• Host grand openings and community events to attract buyers.
• Maintain marketing materials and generate new prospects through networking.
