Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests onsite.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, OS, and productivity tools.
• Support device deployments and hardware refreshes per asset procedures.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support, infrastructure, and vendors to restore services.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide onsite technical support and deployments.
• Maintain flexibility for site visits and urgent onsite support.
• Follow IT service procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Provide timely incident status updates to management and users.
