U.S. Legal Support in Chicago, IL seeks a dependable Production Specialist to join our team. You will assist in the preparation, organization, production, and delivery of legal records for clients nationwide, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

This onsite role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client specifications are met and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in legal services, records management, document production, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal records and documentation.
• Create and manage electronic and imaged records.
• Scan documents into digital storage systems and drop boxes.
• Apply Bates numbering and other document identification measures as required.
• File various forms of media and maintain organized records.
• Retrieve and route requested files to support internal departments and client needs.
• Maintain accurate record checkout and tracking systems.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before production and delivery.
• Verify electronic and physical records meet client specifications and company standards.
• Burn CDs, make copies, assemble binders, and prepare documents for client delivery.
• Support the production and distribution of records in various formats.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
