Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of ebilling systems/software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives all business processes to support Legal/OEC disbursements.
• Handles electronically submitted and manually entered Legal invoices.
• Performs financial analysis using matter management and ebilling systems.
• Ensures invoices comply with Abbott's billing guidelines and maintains documentation.
• Supports internal Legal teams and outside counsel on billing questions.
• Collaborates with Accounts Payable for timely/invoice processing.
• Develops operational metrics and data analytics.
• Maintains relationships with Legal Tech and ebilling vendor.
