Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute, and follow-up on various electronic billing reports.
• Manage, track, and assign new electronic billing implementations.
• Review newly opened electronically billed matters for accuracy.
• Ensure rejected invoices are resubmitted timely.
• Implement electronic billing firmwide.
• Monitor, track, and resolve invoice rejections.
• Manage client/matter setups and invoice statuses.
• Ensure billing rates are submitted and approved in systems.
• Address billing questions raised by firmwide individuals and clients.
• Mentor and train electronic billing coordinators.
