Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm.
• Experience with e-billing portals and insurer guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsabilités

• Review, edit, and audit prebills to minimize rejections.
• Prepare, format (LEDES), validate, and upload electronic invoices.
• Proactively review deductions, draft compliant resubmissions/appeals.
• Oversee complex carrier rate splits and billing schedules.
• Monitor invoice lifecycles using Aderant Expert and BillBlast.
• Liaise with attorneys to ensure compliance before invoices leave.
• Generate monthly realization, aging WIP, and deductions reports.
