Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to provide administrative support for employee leave and absence requests. The role involves working with employees and supervisors, maintaining case information, and ensuring timely, accurate processing.

Responsibilities include data entry, communication with employees, and handling confidential information, while supporting the leave management team with general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, healthcare administration, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Medical terminology, HR or case management experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee leave and absence cases in a database.
• Communicate with employees by phone and email to gather information.
• Help employees and supervisors submit leave requests.
• Document case activity and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to phone calls and emails regarding leave questions.
• Handle confidential employee information.
• Process invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Organize incoming and outgoing department mail.
• Provide general administrative support to the leave management team.
