Redstone Residential, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations at our on-site community in Chicago. The role involves assisting residents and prospects, handling payments and inquiries, and helping the team hit leasing KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with the team to reach daily/weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
