Job summary

Redstone Residential seeks a Leasing Specialist to handle day-to-day leasing and administrative duties onsite. You will assist residents and prospects with payments, records, and inquiries, while helping the team achieve leasing KPIs.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with PM software is a plus, and a friendly, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Friendly, warm demeanor with strong communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs such as rent payments.
• Collaborate with team to achieve leasing KPI goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community features to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Live on site and support leasing operations.
