Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to assist with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. The role supports Community and Leasing Managers to achieve KPI goals and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The position requires 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, strong communication, and a friendly demeanor. It offers a part-time schedule, front-desk duties, and opportunities to grow with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.
• This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing.

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18.00 Per Hour, with the ability to earn performance bonuses

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
