Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. The role requires on-site presence and timely communication with prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing to increase traffic and leasing goals.
• Manage customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events.
