Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease property, greet, qualify, tour prospects and sign leases.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; respond to leads.
• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support in lease audits, unit turns, and occupancy goals.
