Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will greet prospective residents, show units, process applications, and help maintain an inviting community.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role with training and growth opportunities within Asset Living's nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and marketing duties at a property.
• greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular on-site attendance required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist in lease audits and turnover processes
• Maintain marketing strategies to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Support development of resident retention programs
• Maintain office and model property cleanliness
