Job summary

Flats LLC is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee on-site property operations, focusing on the resident life cycle from onboarding to move-out. You will supervise leasing consultants, coordinate with maintenance, and partner with support departments to deliver an exceptional resident experience on site.

The role requires an Active Leasing License, strong communication, and experience with Yardi or similar software. Regular on-site presence is required; hybrid/remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Active Leasing License required.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Conduct apartment tours and deliver an exceptional first impression of the FLATS brand.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through lease execution and oversee pipeline management.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and postings to maximize conversions and minimize vacancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely apartment turns and Make-Ready completion, ensuring resident satisfaction.
