Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional in Bradenton, FL. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals to hit occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. This role involves guiding tours, following up with prospects, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include move-in/out coordination, safety inspections, and reporting. A flexible schedule, strong communication skills, and basic software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Yardi or other industry software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing future residents around the community and highlighting benefits.
• Ensure safety by addressing unsafe conditions in apartments, tour paths, and common areas.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and prospective residents to drive satisfaction and renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff, residents, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with resident retention through ongoing customer service post-move-in.
• Maintain waiting lists and records in line with policy, HUD/Agency regulations.
• Inspect community areas, report service needs, and keep the community clean.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports; stay informed about market trends.
