Asset Living, a national property management firm, seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a community. Regular onsite presence and professional interaction are essential to deliver exceptional service and performance.

The role requires showing, leasing, and move-in activities, plus handling paperwork, audits, and resident communications. A strong emphasis on customer service and market awareness drives occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close the sale: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours
• Use sales strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing goals
• Handle resident concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Support resident retention programs and events
• Contribute to office and model upkeep
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach
• Review market surveys to inform plans
• Maintain product knowledge of property and market
