Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, greeting prospects, touring the community, and signing leases.

You will handle leasing paperwork, maintain accurate lead data, and support marketing plans to drive property traffic and meet leasing goals. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; familiarity with Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct follow-up to close sales.
• Maintain prospect traffic records and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes.
• Assist in market surveys and implement resident retention activities.
