FLATS® (The Hall Lofts) is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee the 358-apartment community’s onsite operations and resident life cycle. You will train and mentor the leasing team while driving owner and partner performance goals, including the operating budget and marketing plan.

This role is fully onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend rotation; hybrid/remote work is not available. You will ensure high resident satisfaction, accurate records, and proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or designation in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in multifamily leasing or property management; strong customer service and leadership background.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Yardi.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tours and turn inquiries into leases.
• Lead leasing staff, supervise payroll, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Train staff on paperwork, safety, and operations.
• Prepare leasing activity and operations reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain property records and coordinate resident events.
• Resolve resident issues and ensure prompt service.
