The Hall Lofts in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Community Manager to own the resident experience from first tour to final walkthrough. You’ll lead leasing, renewals, and day-to-day resident relations, coach the leasing team, and work with maintenance to keep the community running smoothly.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in multifamily leasing or property management.
• Active Minnesota real estate license.
• Valid driver’s license and experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing activity to hit occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Give tours and manage the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and resident relations with maintenance.
• Develop retention strategies with the Property Manager.
