Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to join our on-site leasing team. You will show properties, qualify prospects, and guide them through to lease signing while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Regular attendance on-site is essential to support leasing goals and resident satisfaction. The role involves administrative tasks, lease paperwork, and collaboration with marketing to boost traffic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Greet, qualify, show, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
