Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

• Knowledge of leasing regulations and screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Schedule move-ins; ensure units are move-in ready.
• Develop marketing plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic with online listings, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Use OneSite/Yardi and other PM tools to track availability and data.
• Prepare leasing office for daily activities and maintain show units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Assist with lease renewal letters and meetings before move-out.
