Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and sales processes.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, show apartments, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Build occupancy by greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conduct tours and show apartments; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Screen credit and background checks; ensure move-in ready units.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Track leasing activities and data using on-site software (OneSite/Yardi).
• Support lease renewals with timely communications and documents.
