Job summary

Asset Living's Newcastle Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the community. You will show and lease apartments, greet and qualify prospects, tour the property, and execute leases to optimize occupancy.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. On-site presence is essential, with responsibilities spanning outreach, data tracking, and exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on‑site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and support retention programs.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits and turn processes.
