Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct tours, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Experience in creating marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Ability to use on-site software to track availability and record leasing activity.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create marketing activities to drive traffic, including online listings and referrals.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and lease data.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
