Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with MS Office and property management software experience.
• Property management or sales/leasing experience preferred but not required.

• Manage the Lease Process: handle applications and paperwork.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness: complete inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive Renewals: build relationships and coordinate renewals.
• Market Like a Pro: engage in outside marketing to attract residents.
