• Track leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies.
• Manage the lease process from application review to final paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure move-in readiness through inspections and coordination with residents and staff.
• Drive renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease extensions.
