Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents and prospects.
• Creativity and problem-solving to attract and retain residents.
• Sales or leasing experience is valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering top-notch service.
• Lease apartments to meet occupancy goals.
• Know the property, amenities, and competition to showcase offerings.
• Track leasing activity, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Manage the lease process from application to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals and coordinate lease renewals.
• Market communities through outside efforts.
