As the first point of contact, you will manage the leasing process from application to move-in, track traffic, analyze trends, and pursue renewals to maximize occupancy and retention. Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and property management software.
• Property management experience preferred, sales or leasing experience welcome.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community – provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive Leasing Success – lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, promote communities.
• Know Your Product – stay informed about property, amenities, and competition.
• Track & Follow Up – monitor traffic, follow up with prospects, analyze trends.
• Manage the Lease Process – from application to move-in, ensure seamless transactions.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness – conduct inspections and walkthroughs for move-in ready homes.
• Drive Renewals – build relationships to maximize retention.
• Market Like a Pro – engage in outside marketing to position Madison Communities as top choice.
