This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will showcase our communities, stay informed about amenities, and manage the lease process from application to move-in. Schedule is full-time, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in leasing or sales preferred.
• Comfortable with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering top-notch service to prospects and residents.
• Drive leasing success by meeting occupancy goals and promoting our communities.
• Know the product by staying informed about amenities and competition.
• Track leasing activity, follow up with prospects, and optimize strategies.
• Manage the leasing process from application review to paperwork completion.
• Ensure move-in readiness with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease expirations.
• Market like a pro through outside marketing to position Madison Communities as the top choice.
