Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to reach occupancy goals. The role requires managing the leasing team, ensuring accurate leases and reporting, and driving resident satisfaction.

The position emphasizes strategic marketing, campaign execution, and coordination with operations to maintain budgeted occupancy and strong resident relations. This is a full-time, on-site role at the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience helpful.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead the leasing team to meet budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget.
• Ensure lease files comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests promptly.
