Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market, lease, and renew apartments while delivering outstanding customer service. You will represent the community professionally and help renters find homes.

Responsibilities include marketing the property, processing lease applications, preparing contracts, touring furnished and vacant units, logging leads in our property management system, and coordinating with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads and identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with standards.
• Process lease applications and prepare new contracts.
• Inspect units and prepare them for tours with prospects.
• Maintain logs of leads and communications in the property management system.
• Assist with daily property inspections and related tasks.
