Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects and initiate background checks as needed.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and ready for occupancy.
• Deliver excellent resident service to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
