Job summary

CAF Management - Landing at McCallum is seeking a Leasing Professional for a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX. You’ll guide prospective residents through tours, respond to inquiries with urgency, and manage leasing documents using Entrata and related systems.

You’ll support move-ins, renewals, and resident events, while collaborating with maintenance and the management team to ensure satisfaction. A strong emphasis on customer service and meeting leasing goals will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
