Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure clean and rent ready apartments, model homes and community amenities.
• Coordinate daily activities managing People, Product, Price and Promotion.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails; track leasing traffic daily.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and secure applications.
• Meet with Community Director to review leasing performance and goals.
