CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional for an onsite, full-time role in Glendale, AZ. You’ll greet prospective residents, tour communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism and speed.

You’ll also support marketing, resident events, and move-ins while maintaining accurate records in Entrata. Weekend availability is required, with Saturdays and flexible weekday scheduling to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused communication and service experience required.
• Weekend availability with Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Familiarity with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
