CAF Management - Catalina is seeking a Leasing Professional onsite in Lewisville, TX. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident experiences, guiding applicants through leasing, and supporting marketing efforts while meeting sales targets.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with Saturdays required. Training on Entrata and property-management systems is provided, with opportunities for growth in property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working toward leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, give tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
