Job summary

Asset Living in McKinney, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. You will show apartments, qualify prospects, tour communities, sign leases, and complete move-in paperwork, while supporting the marketing plan.

A High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are required; regular on-site attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software understanding.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts and implement resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletter).
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist in lease audits and turnover processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
