ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an Active Living Community in Dallas, TX. You will guide prospective residents from tours to move-in, close leases, and maintain accurate resident ledgers while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leasing experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. We value tech-savvy professionals who can work in an in-office environment and help drive occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy with property management applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead leasing consultants and motivate the team to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post payments, charges, and concessions.
• Manage lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with accounting Month End.
• Guide the leasing process from tour to move-in, closing the sale and inspecting units.
• Develop resident relationships and support occupancy retention.
• Plan and coordinate resident events and training for staff.
