Asset Living in Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, handle leads, and support a marketing plan.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular onsite work is required; full-time position includes benefits, 401K, and paid time off.

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease with prospective residents.
• Show, lease, and move in residents; conduct property tours.
• Close leases by coordinating appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits.
