Job summary

Asset Living in Dallas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, greet and qualify prospects, tour the community, and sign leases, while maintaining accurate leasing data and completing paperwork.

The role requires on-site work, strong customer service, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing and administration.
• Show, greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales with effective follow-up and maintain leasing data.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
