Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and handle audits and walk-throughs.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Address resident concerns and assist in retention initiatives.
