• Associate degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience and training.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with learning technologies and cross‑functional collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and training experiences.
• Coordinate instructional activities, exercises, and logistics for classes and programs.
• Assist in gathering feedback and evaluating training effectiveness to inform improvements.
• Maintain and update learning content and materials under team leads’ guidance.
• Develop supplemental learning assets, such as job aids and checklists.
• Manage project plans, playbooks, and documentation to support delivery.
